What if I need handicap seating?

How do I know where my seat will be?
You will know your exact seat location once you collect your tickets at the Preshow Check In. This will be the case unless otherwise specified at point of purchase.
How do you allocate seats?
It is done randomly.
What if I have a seating request (like with another purchaser or on a certain band member's side)?
Email vip@duranduranmusic.com with the subject line: (show you are attending, i.e. London) Seating Request. We do not honor row requests (1st row center, for example). All seat assignments are random. Please note: we will do our best to meet these requests but there are no guarantees that all of these requests will be fulfilled.
How do I win the meet and greet and when do I know if I did? The meet and greets are randomly selected by the computer. You will be notified when you check in at the Preshow Check In if you are a person who will meet the band.
How do I get my tickets?
You will get them at your Preshow Check In.
How do I get my merchandise?
You will get it at your Preshow Check In, unless stated otherwise at point of purchase.
How do I find out full details on the Preshow Reception and Check In, like when and where it will be?
All information will be posted on the VIP page on DuranDuranMusic.com</a>We will ALSO send out an email as soon as we have the details for the evening in place. This will come within 7-14 days of the concert you are attending. Just to be safe, plan on arriving about two (2) hours ahead of the show time to the venue, as most often times the events are at the venue.
Can we use cameras?
This varies venue to venue and is not something in our control. Please check with the venue to be safe.
