PRESALE
AND VIP/ TICKET PACKAGE TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE FOR ANY
REASON.

General
Presale Information
Please
note that PRESALE ticketing is entirely separate from the VIP TICKET
PACKAGES. PRESALE provides member only access to seats prior to the public
on sale date (in most cases). PRESALE and TICKET PACKAGES will, in
general, go on sale the same day.
To
Purchase Presale Tickets
You must be a valid Duran Duran Fan Community member at
the time of the sale. If you know someone who would like to purchase
tickets and become a member, they may conveniently do both at the same time.
Please do not purchase more than one membership in your name in order to
purchase more than the allotted number of tickets per show.
On
Sale Dates
Keep
up-to-date by visiting our Web site at DuranDuranMusic.com. Presale and and VIP
Ticket Packages are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Presale
will run for a specified period of time (usually 24 hours) and any unsold
tickets will be usually be released for the public on sale date.
Presale
Ticket Availability
Typically you may purchase four tickets per show. The Fan
Community allocations for Presale are usually 10% of capacity and typically
begin after the first couple of rows. However, this can change venue to venue,
please be advised.
Quantity
of tickets is limited and we want to allow as many Members as possible to take
advantage of this service. You can get tickets to as many shows as you like,
but please mind the per ticket limits set on the shows.
Presale
Seat Location
Although we will have tickets for every show (whenever possible),
there is no special Fan Community section. When reserved seating
applies, tickets are generally within the first half of the venue (under normal
conditions). We will give you the general parameters of the presale allocations
and allow you to purchase within a specific 'Tier' created by and for the
Member presale. Each Presale 'Tier' will define the specific parameters
in terms of section and rows however we cannot give you the exact row and seat
numbers for your individual ticket order.
Seat
Assignment
Once
a show is closed, we take the list of members who have purchased tickets for
that show and assign seating based on approximate time of order.
Payment
By Credit Card
Tickets
can be purchased with a credit card online. If the card you are charging
to is not in your name, you must get permission from the card holder. A service
charge and a processing fee will be applied to each order.
Ticket
Confirmation
Once
your presale ticket order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email
within 48 hours. If you do not receive your email within the time
specified, please email customer service immediately at
customerservice@duranduranmusic.com.
Shipping
Tickets
If
your tickets are being shipped to an address within the 48 contiguous states,
you will receive your tickets no later than two (2) weeks before the event.
All other orders will need to be picked up at the "Will Call"
window at the box office of the venue (photo ID with the name of the purchaser
is required). Tickets are generally available about an hour and a half
before the concert the night of the show. Tell the box office employee that you
are on the Duran Duran Fan Community Will Call List.
Cancelled/Postponed
or Relocated Shows
There
are no guarantees in live events, and concerts or events can occasionally be
cancelled, postponed or relocated by the promoter, venue or artist. Should this
occur, we will post information regarding the
cancellation/postponement/relocation on the community web site and also send
you an email/text alert (if time permits) notifying you of the
cancellation/postponement/relocation.
If
the show is cancelled, you will receive a refund of the FACE VALUE of the
ticket(s) and the facility fee (if applicable). In no event will the handling
fee, shipping fee, or any other fees or amounts be refunded. These fees are not
refunded as they are used to cover the expenses already incurred by the Fan
Community in facilitating your ticket order. In most cases, if a credit card
was used to make the purchase, then only that actual credit card will receive
the credit for the refund.
If the event was not cancelled but was
moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. In
order to receive a refund or an exchange that may be offered, you will have to
comply with the promoters', or venues', instructions or deadlines. The decision
about whether or not to issue a refund or an exchange may be at the promoters'
or venues' discretion.
Please
note that if you purchase a community membership or merchandise at the time of
your ticket purchase, and the show is cancelled, you will be refunded for the
ticket portion of the order only.
Description
of Terms

Face Value of
a Ticket
The
face value of a ticket is not determined by the community but instead by the
promoter, venue or artist and is the actual price of a ticket.

Facility Fee
The facility fee varies
from venue to venue and not all venues charge a facility fee. The Fan Community
remits this fee along with the face value of the ticket to the promoter or
venue box office when purchasing the fan club tickets. The Fan Community does
not retain the Facility Fee.

Convenience
Fee
This
fee covers costs involved in processing your ticket order. Most ticket outlets
charge a convenience fee. There is typically no convenience fee if you purchase
tickets by driving to the venue box office, but you cannot purchase fan
community tickets at the venue box office.

Handling Fee
The order processing fee
covers the cost to fulfill your ticket request when you purchase the tickets
online. This charge includes services such as taking and maintaining
your order in our ticketing system, arranging for shipping and/or coordinating
with the box office will call for ticket pickup by the fan community member the
night of the show.
Resale
of Tickets
You
may not resell the tickets you purchase through the Duran Duran Fan Community.
Presale tickets are non-transferable. If any fan community member is
found to be reselling, trading or brokering tickets for profit that they
purchased through the fan community, the fan community may, at its discretion
(i)
cancel such Member's membership;
and
(ii)
cancel such Member's ticket order and all other pending orders of such Member
and refund the total price for the tickets minus an $8.00 per ticket processing
fee.
