What if I am in a wheelchair and need tickets?
Please email us immediately and PRIOR to your purchase at customerservice@duranduranmusic.com and let us know your needs. Please note that we are restricted to work within the seating and access boundaries that are set in place at the venue.
What are the additional charges for the tickets?
For Presale Tickets ? prices include the cost of a ticket including any facility fees and an online ordering/convenience fee. This can also include additional credit card fees that the box office may charge. The DDM presale ticket cost you see in the DDM store before checkout INCLUDES these additional online ordering/convenience fees.
Other ticket outlets do not add this fee until you actually go to checkout. Members have access to these tickets as a benefit of membership. DDM does not charge a mark-up on the ticket fee itself.
How are the tickets for DDM allocated in the first place?
Ticket Allocations ? DDM works with the promoters and venues to secure an allocation of tickets BEFORE the DDM presale starts. These DDM allocations are separate from and protected from any other presales that may run simultaneously. We work hard to get the best seats possible at different price points.
When will I get my tickets for the show?
If you are in the 48 contiguous states and have paid for shipping, your tickets will be shipped to you within two weeks of the show. If you are not in the 48 contiguous states, your tickets will be collected at Will Call.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND WILL CALL: You MUST select WILL CALL if you are outside the 48 contiguous states. Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska and all other locations not in the contiguous 48 states are considered International.
International purchasers will be charged a $2.00 additional handling fee for Will Call. Will Call is located at the venue and can be collected about an hour prior to the show. You will need photo ID to collect these tickets
DOMESTIC ORDERS: Do not select WILL CALL if you reside in the Continental United States. Your order will be voided and refunded.
When will I get my tickets?
Tickets will be processed and sent to purchasers as soon as they are received from the box office
But why? I ordered my tickets well advance.
We have to wait for the promoter to send us tickets so we can ship them to you. As for the Will Call for international, we do this to ensure the safety of your tickets.
What is Will Call and where is it located?
It is where you collect tickets for the show if you selected ?Will Call? at the point of purchase. Will call is located at the venue where the show is being held. It?s typically located at/ near the Box Office; if its not there, someone at the Box Office will be able to lead you to it.
What do I do at Will Call?
You will present the person working Will Call with your ID and they will give you your tickets. If they have any questions, tell them you purchased through the Duran Duran Fan Community. They will have the contact info for the fan community to help.
How do I know what time the shows start?
Typically the show start time is listed on the show ticket, or on the venue?s website.
How long does the concert last?
Typically 1.5 to 2 hours. This is of course subject to change, as always in the concert industry.
What if DuranDuranMusic.com is not executing the presale, only providing a link and password?
If that is the case, the full details, including link and password, will be posted at the time the Presale is meant to commence. This information is always posted on the Member Homepage.
