IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT TICKET PURCHASES:
Ordering: All Ticket and Ticket Package sales are Final. No Refunds, Exchanges or Cancellations
Handicap Seating: Please contact us immediately at customerservice@duranduranmusic.com for assistance.
Availability: Availability is subject to change. This is due to customers adding items to their shopping carts and then not completing the transactions. After 5 minutes these un-purchased items are returned to available inventory. When an item is completely sold out and no orders are pending it will be listed as "Sold Out".
Presale Tickets:
Specific seat location is not available at point of purchase. Your purchase is within a DDM.com "Tier", which represents specific sections and rows of the Venue at a specific price point of Ticket. There are definitions provided for each "Tier" for each Venue in the store. We have been able to work with most of the venues to secure good seats within the different "Tiers" in the Venues. You will not get your specific seat locations until tickets are in hand. Seating is assigned based on time of order. As a reminder, the ticket allocation for Presale is usually 10% of the house (venue) including the most desirable AND the least desirable sections. This means that it is possible that some members would get better seats by waiting for the public sale. We encourage members to make and informed decision as to the general seat locations prior to purchase.
VIP Ticket Package Seating and Additional Details: Specific Seat location is not available during onsale/ presale.
DDM has secured the best seats possible for the VIP package. These are sometimes in different areas of the venue. In an effort to provide more detail on where you seat will be if you purchase within VIP, please note any specified descriptions.
VIP Tickets are collected the night of the show at the Preshow Event (unless otherwise specified).
Tickets will be collected at the VIP Event Check In. Specific pickup instructions will me emailed to you prior to the show. You will receive an email prior to the event with your full VIP details and instructions. You will not get your specific seat locations until you receive your actual tickets on the day of the show.
Seating is randomly selected, however you can email us with seating preference for side of stage (not row) at VIP@DuranDuranMusic.com after you make your purchase (please reference your order number) and we will try our best to meet your request.
